Annie was single and employed as a Cook. Serving initially with the Army Service Corps, she transferred to the 52nd Bn. of the Welsh Regiment on 17th April 1918.
Annie was discharged 29 June 1918 on Medical Grounds - osteoarthritis. Her service appears to have been confined to Home Service in the UK.
