Service DetailsRobert Woods was born in Prescot around 1888, the family living in Houghton Street at that time.
Although he is commemorated as a casualty of the Great War, I have been unable to locate any details of overseas service and so I assume that he remained in the UK throughout the war and that he was still serving at the time of this death in 1919
