Percy Fisher's entry in the Prescot Electoral Roll of 1914
The Parish Magazine of 27th November 1916 reported 'The following have fallen in the present fighting on various battlefields' and included 'Pte. Percy Fisher, 31, RAMC, of 15, Beaconsfield Street, died of wounds on 21st March 1916'.
The Register of Soldiers Effects lists Percy's widow, Elizabeth, as his next of kin
Percy Fisher's Medal Index Card. This shows his arrival in France in September 1915 and also his entitlement to the 1915 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal
