Thomas Abraham was an elder brother of Harold Abraham. The 1911 census listed him as an 18 year old Engineer’s Miller at the Cable Works.
His name appeared in the Prescot Reporter and Bible Class lists of men serving the colours.
He was also a Territorial and when he was awarded the Silver War Badge, the Roll Entry states that he joined the Royal Engineers on 8th February 1910 and was discharged due to wounds on 27th February 1919. He was also awarded the British War Medal, Victory Medal and Territorial Force Efficiency Medal.
Thomas' service is commemorated on the EFD Roll of Honour
